Return & Exchange Period:
You have the right to return or change the products you have purchased within 30 days. After your return or exchange request is approved, the products must be delivered to us in 30 days, complete with invoice, original box, packaging, and all standard accessories.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Before sending the products you want to return to us, you must inform your return request via e-mail. When the confirmation information of the return request is sent to you via e-mail, you can send the product. The products you want to return must be delivered to us within 30 days from the date of approval, together with the original box, packaging, all standard accessories, and invoice. The costs of the shipments made using the Aras Cargo package belong to our company.
* No refund is made for the products that have been used, have lost their originality and are not labeled.
* Returns of damaged (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) products caused by use are not accepted.
* Return shipments made via Aras Cargo are free of charge. In the discretion of its realization through other cargo companies, the payment belongs to the sending party; counterpay cargoes will not be accepted.
* As per legal regulations, all orders are shipped with a shipment and invoice. Make sure you have the original documents sent to you in the return process. Products without an invoice cannot be returned.

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, if the product is marked as a gift when the product is purchased and sent directly to you. A gift certificate will be sent to you after the returned item is received.If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift provided the order to be given to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giving person and we will receive information about your return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
